  • As a Filipino remote worker, if your client is registered with us, you can view the status and/or history of the money you are expecting to receive.

  • All you have to do is to register online once. Please follow the detailed process by clicking HERE.
  • You would need the below documents (these may vary according to how your company is set up):
    1. Signed Company Info Form.
    2. ASIC Extract.
    3. Details and valid IDs of the authorized company represent, as well as of UBOs.
    4. List of Employees/Business Associates.
    5. Copy of signed agreement or invoice between the sender and the beneficiary.

  • AUD $7 for bank transfers from Australia to the Philippines.
  • AUD $9 for remittances directed to cash pick-up branches or straight to recipient’s address via door-to-door delivery.
  • AUD $100/year for unlimited payments to one registered recipient. 
PayStaff currently uses the New Payments Platform (NPP) to load your e-Wallets with us. This system is connected to all banks, and ensures a real time and a flexible payment infrastructure.

1. Log into your online bank account.Send the money to the PayID with the 15 digit Reference Number in the description field (no other characters).

2. Go to your PayStaff dashboard – you should see the money reflected real time in your “My Wallet”.

3. In your PayStaff dashboard, make that payment/remittance to your worker as per usual
