The answer to this is dependent on how you want the payment to be delivered. Your money is generally available for withdrawal in the Philippines the same day it is processed or the following business day at the latest. Read for more details below.


– Money to be transferred to BDO Philippine Bank Account, MLhuillier, Cebuanna Lhuillier, SM Global Pinoy, BDO Remit and SM Business Centers.Payments are available for claiming or withdrawal ON THE SAME DAY after we have identified your deposit and began processing your remittance.


– Money to be deposited to any other Philippine bank accounts aside from BDO and money transferred to banks other than BDO have a next business day clearing. The money should be available in your bank account between 5-8pm Manila time on the next business day after processing.


– Money to be delivered via Door to Door Service:

  • Within Metro Manila will take up to 1-3 business days for the cash to be received after it is processed.
  • At locations outside Metro Manila will take 3-5 business days for the Peso cash to be received.Please note that there may be delays because of a Philippine Holiday or an Australian Holiday.

We are open to process your transaction, calls, emails, and feedback from Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Sydney Time. On Saturdays, you can call, email, or connect with us between 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon. We are closed on Sundays.
We do not have an “office” or storefront where you can drop off funds. We believe that online transfers and monitoring are safer, time-efficient, and cost-effective than face to face transactions. In today’s day and age, there is no need to drive to a physical shop to get something done. You can do your payments with us online anytime and anywhere!
When we say “Business Day”, it means the whole day (24 hours). It is the time when businesses are open both in AU and PH. This excludes weekends and holidays in either AU and PH.
Cancellation request can be attempted but there is no guarantee that cancellation will be successful once the payment has been processed.
Retracting any form of payment will be subjected to a “Refund Processing Fee”. Refund Processing Fee is the service charge in lieu of transferring the money back to your account. If the remittance was already processed, upon the request of the refund, the initial TRANSACTION FEE of $7 (i.e., this is only the standard price) will be forfeited. Also, an additional $4 will be deducted from your funds to serve as the Remittance Processing Fee.
